Organic farming
Biodiversity in an olive forest
Our trees are grown under organic control and certification (CAAE), without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemical treatments that harm the natural environment. The fertilizers are all organic (sheep manure and worm humus).
.
The result is a very balanced and strong soil that remains free of diseases and pests.
Conventional agriculture generates pollutants that are difficult to eliminate in the soil and air we breathe, and is very harmful to us and the health of our planet. It is clear to us that we want to grow our olive trees while preserving and enhancing biodiversity.
With organic farming techniques we respect and improve the environment.
