How to order
The purchase procedure is carried out entirely electronically through the website. To start the purchase, you will only have to fill in a form with a series of data to carry out the registration and, later, the orders’ control, invoicing, and shipping. To place the order, you only have to select the product you wish to purchase and press the button “add to cart.”
Suppose you have a discount coupon or gift. In that case, you must include it in the shopping cart in the space provided for introducing the coupon “Do you have a discount coupon.” Suppose the voucher is not entered in this space. In that case, the discount cannot be applied, and the User will not be able to claim the discount application after the confirmation of the order.
If you modify any of the data entered, the summary shown on the screen will change automatically. Likewise, there is also a space specifically enabled for you to make specific comments regarding your purchase.
Despite adding a concrete product, you will be able to continue with your purchase. All the selected products are included in the cart until you click on the continuation of the contracting procedure. To complete the purchase process, you must register. The advantages of registering are:
- Not having to enter your data again in the case of making a new purchase.
- To have access to the data of your previous purchases.
When you register, you will be able to decide if you wish to receive periodic information from Bosque de Olivos or not.
Once the purchase is completed, the application will display a summary screen of the purchase. You will also receive by email a summary of the purchase.
This document confirms that the purchase has been made successfully and serves as accreditation for any claim, as long as the corresponding proof of payment is attached. If you do not receive this email, wait a few minutes and then check your account “junk mail” or “antispam,” as it may have been detected as spam. If not found in that section, please let us know as soon as possible to solve the problem.
If you prefer, you can place your order by phone or by e-mail. In any of the cases, once you communicate us the demand, you will receive a confirmation email with the Budget along with the bank account number to make the payment:
- By phone: the payment method we can process by phone is bank transfer. Credit card payments cannot be made as this could compromise the security of the transaction.
- By email or WhatsApp: you can send us your order in an email or WhatsApp message. Just like ordering by phone, it is not possible to make payment by credit card. We only accept payment by bank transfer. We will need you to send us your personal and shipping details and the products you want us to send you, and we will send you the quote to your email within 24 business hours.
In the online store, you may find items not in stock and with an upcoming availability date. These items are active, and you can add them to your cart, but please note that your order will not be shipped until the item reaches our warehouse and we can send your order in full.

We offer you different payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best.
a) Transfer or deposit in an account
Bank transfer: if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will be given the account number at the end of the purchase process. There you will also find the current account number. You can make an account deposit or transfer in favor of MARIA DOLORES SALIDO CAMPOS. When we receive the payment notification, we will send you your order together with the invoice.

Once we have received confirmation of the deposit or transfer, we will proceed to ship your order.
Orders will remain pending payment for a maximum period of 10 days. Suppose we have not received notification of payment after this period. In that case, it will be automatically canceled, and you must do it again if you want to be processed.
Bosque de Olivos will not be in charge of any commission derived from a transfer or payment with a card from another country, with another currency., this type of commission will always be in charge of the issuer. All orders will be held until full payment has been received.
b) Payment by credit card
We incorporate the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa system, which requires authentication using a personal key system, in addition to the card number, expiration date, and CCV. This is the maximum-security system for credit card purchases. It identifies you unequivocally as the owner of your credit card, and no one will be able to purchase on the Internet if they do not know these keys.
We are committed to not allowing any illegal transaction or is deemed by the credit card brands or acquiring banks that have the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brands’ programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not fully compliant with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.
c) Accepted forms of payment via telephone and email:
By telephone: the form of payment we can process by telephone is bank transfer. Credit card payments cannot be made, as this could compromise the security of the transaction.
By email or WhatsApp: you can send us your order in an email or WhatsApp message. As with ordering by phone, it is not possible to make payment by credit card. We only accept payment by bank transfer. We will need you to send us your personal and shipping details and the products you want us to send you, and we will send you the quotation to your email within 24 working hours.
Delivery of shipments. Shipping costs.
Once the purchase has been made, you will be sent by e-mail a receipt of the purchase in the shortest possible time. The invoice will be sent with the order to the address provided. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the shipping address provided and the purchase amount during the purchase process.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. In the registration process, you can indicate a different address to receive your orders. If you prefer to pick up your package at a branch or office of any of our carriers, please request it in the comments of your order.
At the delivery time, it is imperative to open the package in front of the carrier to check that the bottles or cans have not received blows and are not broken or damaged. When checking the product, the customer finds anomalies due to the transport and is not satisfied. They must inexcusably indicate it in the delivery note provided by the assigned transport company, indicating the abnormalities found at the reception of the product. At this moment of the reception, the User must note “that he has received it with Damages.” Suppose no annotation appears on the delivery receipt. In that case, it is assumed that the product is in “Good Condition,” and your claim cannot be satisfactorily dealt with. In any case, always check that the order has arrived at you in perfect condition; if not, we would appreciate it if you let us know before 24 working hours to email@example.com. We only have 24 hours to claim the damages caused during the transport. After this time, it won’t be very easy for the transport company to accept our claim. However, we will try to give you the best solution that is in our hands.
International shipments of organic extra virgin olive oil.
If you wish to ship to a country that does not appear in the tables below, please ask us for a quotation (we do not ship outside the European Union).
The cost of shipping to Europe is determined by zone. All prices include VAT.
Zone 1. Mainland Spain. Shipping cost for purchases under €50 (24/48 hours): €7,80 Shipping cost for purchases of €50 or more: free.
Zone 2. Mainland Portugal (2-3 days). Cost: €12
Zone 3. Austria, Belgium, France (mainland), Germany, Italy (mainland), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain (Balearic Islands) (3/4 days). Cost: €22.20.
Zone 4. Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, United Kingdom (4/6 days). Cost: €27.00.
Zone 5. Finland, Ireland, Sweden (4/7 days). Cost: €36.00.
Zone 6. Bulgaria, Croatia, France (Corsica), Hungary, Italy (Sardinia, Sicily), Norway, Romania (4/7 days). Cost: €49.50.
Zone 7. Iceland (4/7 days). Cost: €65.
We recommend buying by the case (set boxes) when ordering from outside Spain, given the international shipping cost. However, we can ship any of our products to the specified zones.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Channel Islands, Azores, Madeira, and other non-continental islands and territories and temporarily the UK.
The delivery times shown here are approximate and are based on working days and under normal circumstances.
Exceptional situations such as strikes, extreme weather, border blockades, among others, are not taken into account.
Deliveries may be delayed between one and two days at times such as Christmas, Easter, or during the month of August.
Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes. We do not ship through the mail service. The shipment is made through an express courier company. It will be sent directly to the shipping address you indicate in the order form.
The delivery time described will be adequate if the customer is reachable at the place of delivery during that period. The products will be delivered on the date on which Bosque de Olivos makes them available at the delivery site.
The order will be canceled and returned to our facilities in any of the following cases:
Delivery cannot be made when it has been attempted three times.
It has not been possible to contact the customer within eight working days after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Orders paid by credit card or bank transfer and returned after more than three delivery attempts by the transport agency will be refunded except for transport costs.
